Knowledge Ark Technologies is engaged in the business of providing a platform that brings together student engagement, chat, content creation, content delivery and associated administration tools in one place and is focused on facilitating all teacher-student and student-student interactions in the Digital First world that we live in.. Knowledge Ark Technologies recognizes the importance of privacy. In this policy (“Privacy Policy”), we describe how we collect, use, and disclose personal information. Such personal information may relate to the users of our website or the Prospective Employee/Employees of the customers.

“Customer/s” shall refer to the users, schools or coaching institutes that avail the Services of Knowledge Ark Technologies.

“Content” shall mean videos, assignments, projects, quizzes, chat messages and anything else which Users create on the Isaac App or any content such as images, videos and documents from the user’s phone which the users use within the Isaac App.

Your use of our Site or Services, and any dispute over privacy, is subject to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service available on our Site.

To make it easier for you to read and understand the parts of this Privacy Policy that apply to you, we have divided the Privacy Policy into three different parts that are specifically applicable to the Information we collect (Part A), the content which you created on Isaac (Part B) and Part C contains all information to both of these.
This part is applicable to the User Information we collect.
For the purpose of our Services, you understand that we only collect your name, email ID and telephone number as part of the registration process. These details are used by you for logging into the Isaac App and by us for providing you a good experience of the Isaac App itself.
Information We Collect Automatically – We automatically collect information through your use of our Site using cookies and other technologies. This information may include, without limitation, your domain name, operating system, settings and system configurations, IP address, the webpages you access within our Site, the website that led you to our Site, the website to which you go after leaving our Site, the dates and times you access our Site, and web log data. You may browse and use certain portions of our Site without directly providing us with any personal information. Certain features, however, may only be used by the Customers that are registered users.

Google Analytics- We use service providers, such as Google Analytics which is a web based service provider by Google Inc. Complying with the Law – We will never disclose your personal information to any 3rd party for monetary gains. We may however have to disclose your Personal Information in order to comply with our legal obligations/ court orders/ requests by Govt. authorities.
To improve our Site/Mobile App – We may use feedback you provide to improve our products and services.
To process payments – We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.

This part is applicable to the content which users create on Isaac.
Isaac stores any content that you create on Isaac securely on the AWS Cloud Platform. This might include videos, assignments, projects, quizzes and chat messages. Isaac also stores any content from your phone which you use within Isaac such as images, videos or documents. This is required to be stored for the Isaac App to provide you the services which you use it for.
The answer is nothing apart from tagging it to you and storing it securely on AWS Servers. All your content is owned by you. You decide whom you share it with. We do not and will not share any content owned by you with anyone else without your explicit consent.
The answer is nobody. Only you have access to share your content. We do not and will not share any content owned by you with anyone else without your explicit consent.
We retain your content till the time you have an account on Isaac. Once you delete your account, we will provide a grace period of 30 days within which you could reactivate your account and access your content. After 30 days of deleting your account, unless you have reactivated your account in those 30 days, all your information and content will be deleted from our servers.
This part is applicable to the personal information of the users as well as the content they create and use on Isaac.
Your Information is stored on the AWS cloud in US, Europe and India. Although we provide appropriate firewalls and protections, we cannot warrant the security of any Personal Information transmitted as these systems are not hack proof. Data pilferage due to unauthorized hacking, virus attacks, technical issues is possible, and we take no liabilities or responsibilities for it. You are required to be careful to avoid “phishing” scams, where someone may send you an e-mail that looks like it is from us asking for your Personal Information.
Our Site is not targeted to children under thirteen (13) years of age (sixteen (16) for EU residents unless provided otherwise by applicable law) nor do we knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13) (sixteen (16) for EU residents) unless provided otherwise by applicable law). If we discover that a child’s data is in the system without adult consent, we will promptly delete such Personal Information from our systems. We encourage children to obtain their parent’s or guardian’s permission before sharing personal information with any website.

To the extent permissible under the law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, information, details or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), arising out of this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy shall be construed and governed by the laws of Bangalore, India. The parties agree to negotiate in good faith to resolve any dispute between them regarding this Agreement. If the negotiations do not resolve the dispute to the reasonable satisfaction of parties, then each party’s CEO or their designee (“Representatives”) shall, within thirty (30) days of a written request by either party to call such a meeting, meet either in person or through any other media and alone (except for one assistant for each party) and shall attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute.
